After receiving her Bachelor’s in Fashion Design and Costuming at Woodbury University in California, Cristina started Osorio Wear, featuring some of the first sheer mesh paneled leggings in the athletic apparel industry.

In 2015, Cristina founded Niyama Sol, creating all original art graphics for their entire production line, while managing the production of hundreds of SKUs for a total of 7 years. During this time, she had the honor of partnering with icon titans Jennifer Lopez and Alexander Rodriguez.

In early 2020, Cristina founded MRKT, developing and launching industry leaders such as Illicit Gardens, Cosmic Seed, From the Earth Dispensaries, and several more. Cristina’s creative talent and industry expertise has given rise to new upcoming brands such as Hadobody affirmation apparel and G.H. Monday, due to launch in 2023. • David has been on the ground floor of launching multiple lifestyle and retail brands in the cannabis, fitness, and entertainment industries from Las Vegas to New York City. Since launching MRKT, he has overseen the marketing of Illicit, the top-selling brand in 2021 in Missouri’s competitive cannabis market. Additionally, he has overseen marketing programs for several successful retail and additional dispensary brands.

Prior to launching MRKT, David opened the then flagship property for TruFusion, which under his leadership became the largest group fitness studio in the US. Before jumping into the fitness industry, he was a member of the team that launched Drai’s Las Vegas’ entertainment properties where he oversaw Marketing and Corporate Events at the infamous center-strip Nightclub, Beach Club, and After Hours venues.

In his early days, David received a Master's in Political Economy in New York City, where he worked for Blue Marble Project, a lobbying firm responsible for pushing through the city's Congestion Pricing system that eventually became law in 2022 after a decades-long effort. This followed time at the UN, where he worked to centralize member nations’ climate change and adaption programs, work at the Earth Institute at Columbia University, and time working under the then Manhattan Borough President, Gale Brewer.

David uses his diverse experience to inform cutting-edge marketing efforts. He employs a multitude of data metrics and unique software systems to identify, predict, and take advantage of consumer trends in real-time.

KateLynn was born and raised in Southern California. The first in her family to attend a university, she received her degree in Communications and Art in 2015 from California State University, Fullerton. Her earliest professional experience connected her to the world of print, and she later transitioned to digital content creation and management.

She has a knack for anticipating the needs of employers and clients, creating and executing a game plan for any unexpected needs, all before being asked to complete such a task. Over the years, the phrase “I already thought of that and handled it” is something she has said more times than she could venture to guess. KateLynn is highly self-motivated and often assigns herself an objective, rather than waiting to be asked to do so. By working in this way, she helps to foster a supportive work environment that inspires others.

  • Lindsey is a platform-based web designer living in Los Angeles. Her goal is to bring your brand to life on the digital stage — thinking outside of typical web design to give you a web presence that sets your brand apart. With 8 years of experience, she has developed a strong level of understanding in everything from modern design trends to the best platforms and tools.

Lindsey was born and raised in Seattle, Washington. She escaped the rain and moved to Southern California, attending the Fashion Institute Design and Merchandising, where she studied visual communications and merchandise marketing. She spent her time in the fashion industry working in brand management, creative content strategy, copywriting and eCommerce for companies such as GUESS?, Alo Yoga, and Rachel Zoe. In 2014, Lindsey returned to school and earned her certification in graphic and web design. A few years later — and following a two month “sabbatical” in Costa Rica — she left her 9-to-5 and started freelancing full time as a web and marketing consultant.

Lindsey brings the same drive and energy to every project, no matter how big or small — understanding there is no one-size-fits-all to what each project requires. She enjoys the opportunities for creativity, curiosity and challenges that building and designing websites bring.

When she’s not working, Lindsey enjoys traveling, trying out new restaurants, hiking, pottery, pilates, hosting game nights, and hanging out with her dog, Murphy.

  • Designer Alexandra Allen’s design ethos was forged in the cool, dark, psychedelic Pacific Northwest, where not only did she earn her BA in Law, Societies and Justice from the University of Washington, but where she has made a name for herself as one of the most beloved album art designers for indie bands, singer-songwriters, filmmakers and experimental musicians in the PNW and beyond. She has created album art and promotional materials for artists Warren Dunes, Kaley Lane Eaton, Kin of the Moon, Michael Lee Pinder, and others, as well as MATA Festival (NYC) and Grammy-award winning record label Bright Shiny Things. Film credits include graphic design and art direction for indie productions "And, Apart" (2016) and "Winning Dad" (2015), the latter of which was an official selection for twelve film festivals across the world including the Montreal Festivals des Films de Monde, Mumbai International Queer Film Festival, Cologne Filmfest Homochrom, among others.

Prior to being a full-time designer, Alex was a worker-owner at fair trade coffee co-op Equal Exchange for many years. This experience formed many of her core values and passions including collaboration, teamwork, collective decision making, and the importance of positive social and ecological impact. In 2014, Alex moved to Georgia to pursue graphic design full-time, earning her certificate in digital publishing and graphic design from the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) in 2017. After then working in a print shop, Alex launched her own graphic design venture, Design by Alex Allen, which allows her to work directly with clients to make their branding dreams come true. The interpersonal, collaborative, creative, and flexible nature of freelance design is Alex’s true calling, allowing her to spend time working with a diverse array of clients, including lifestyle brands (Hadobody), tech disruptors (Freewill), hospitality (Kimpton Hotels and Restaurants), news media (The Washington Post) and, of course, her beloved indie musicians. She would design drumheads for kick drums for the rest of her life if she could.

Her interests include her perfect dog Wednesday, hand lettering, playing D&D, making pasta with her husband, binging True Crime series', organizing other people's houses, and facetiming with her nephew. She did 100 pushups every day in December.

  • Sha’Carey Martin first developed a passion for content creation and social media when she started her first personal blog in 2014. What began as a small hobby has since blossomed into a career where she flourishes in a plethora of marketing roles such as copywriting, social media management, and digital marketing coordination.

Sha’Carey Martin was born and raised in Shreveport, Louisiana. In 2011, she relocated to Texas to pursue her lifelong dream of becoming a professional dancer. While dancing full-time, she maintained a popular blog focused on sharing the details of her daily life and the unique items she found at the thrift store. From there, she found her love of writing and social content creation flourish. After graduating with her B.A. in Dance Studies in 2017, she took the plunge and sought a career in freelance influencing and content creation.

In 2019, she began an MBA in Marketing at Texas Woman’s University. During her studies, she gained experience as a copywriter, creating long and short-form content for different industry niches such as health and wellness, education, fashion, and building business acumen.

Sha’Carey now spends less time in front of the camera and feels most comfortable behind the computer, creating brand strategies and writing unique copy clients will love. She is passionate about “all things'' digital marketing and is happy to have a career that she loves.
